The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your notes are stored in your browser — if you lose them because of browser settings, cleared cache, hardware failure, or anything else, that's not on us. Download backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
